Ahoy Mateys!Our very first local fair is almost here and we are madly but happily wrapping up all those last minute details before the big day! So much to think about... signs and pricing and displays and tags and bags and wrapping paper and tables and chairs and a canopy and a float and a banner... and so on and so on and so on... On that note, I would be remiss not to mention our fantastic 10 foot banner that my son Matt at Inerseshen Creative Media designed and created for us. It is truly a work of art and we will be ever so proud to display it! Thank you son!
We hope to 'sea' you all there mateys! Saturday, May 9th from 8 am to 2 pm at 2443 Alberni Hwy in Coombs. If you are traveling west, pass the Coombs Market, go over the bridge and on your right, at the Independant Marine Store, you will see our table set up with other local sellers of nautical treasures! Mom's Day is the next day so come prepared to find many one of a kind, ocean-themed gifts for your mom and sweetheart! We will have plenty for Dad's day, also!

Sounds exciting! I can somewhat relate to the crazyness of preparing a market booth. Erin and I will be doing the Sat. market in Duncan this July, August and September. It's a pretty busy market in a very cool location taking up a couple of city blocks.
We're excited but have to say that I'm being kept up during the night designing displays.
Remember, have fun and take deep breaths.
